Eagle kitchen update

Meridian Kitchen, Master, Guest Bath and Utility Remodel

We removed a wall separating the kitchen from the living room to create a very open great room space.

A wall creating a hallway and hanging soffits were removed to create a fabulous great room affect in this 1980s home. 

East Boise Kitchen Really opened up.

We removed an entry closet and large soffit, as well as cabinets separating the kitchen from the informal dining room to open up this patio home.

1990s Home Complete Update

This was a remodel of the main living space of this 1990s home in the Eagle/Ustick area of Boise. A hallway was incorporated into the kitchen to give our clients more storage and a larger island. Wrap-around carpet was removed from the stairs and a skirt was added to give some character to the stairs. Instead of replacing the handrail and spindles, these were painted to save costs, but turned out great. The living room received a complete update with new stone around the fireplace and cabinets to match the kitchen. The powder bath was given a face lift as well. 

West Boise Master Bath Update

On this project, we incorporated some unused bedroom shelving into the master bath to provide a larger walk in shower. We also lowered the shower floor so that there would be a curbless entrance into the shower. 

Riva Ridge Kitchen Remodel

We removed the drop ceiling and florescent lights and replaced with recessed can lights and pendant lights over the peninsula. Knotty alder walnut stained recessed panel cabinets with Sienna Beige granite countertop with tile backsplash.

Boise Northend White "Tall" Kitchen

To enlarge this Northend kitchen, we incorporated a back staircase and part of an office closet into the kitchen space. Once deconstruction began, we realized the ceiling had been dropped substantially. After seeing the potential, the clients added another set of upper cabinets to utilize the space. Removal of the staircase also allowed for a larger upstairs bedroom.

An exterior wall gas fireplace was removed and a wood fireplace was installed on an interior wall. Large Andersen doors and windows were installed in place of the old fireplace to provide natural light and make the room seem much larger. 
The  master bath and closet was reconfigured and the kitchen was remodeled as well (pictures to come).

Removal of a fake beam and unnecessary posts allowed this kitchen to be opened up and allowed for a larger island. 

Kitchen moved to corner and walls removed.

By removing walls and relocating the kitchen to the dining room corner of this home, we were able to give the clients an open great room.

This master bath was in desperate need of an update. The soffits were removed and can lighting and wall-mount lights were installed, as well as all new finishes.

We did a lot with this master bathroom. We replaced a double door entrance with a single swing door which allowed us to modify the closet configuration. We also relocated the toilet room to where the shower was located which allowed us to provide our clients with a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The large window and corner tub were removed and a small window was added along with a freestanding tub.

This kitchen was boxed in by walls and cabinets hanging from the ceiling. We moved a patio door and window to allow for a large kitchen and island that opened into the main dining room area.

This galley kitchen in this home in the North End of Boise needed some serious updating. To stay with the era of the home, the cabinets were painted rather than using pigmented lacquer.

The cramped kitchen was relocated into the dining room and a second island was added to provide a space for the children to sit near the kitchen without being in the kitchen. A undercounter refrigerator in the second island allows for soft drinks and snacks for the kids.

This project was a design-build project of a custom deck utilizing Trex Transcend Island Mist composite decking and fascia board. The new 707 square foot deck system replaced and existing two level, wood framed and surfaced 500 square foot deck which had been in place when the homeowner bought the home 20 years prior. Our clients wanted to retain the window in the shower area of this rarely used hall bath. The trim had previously been finished so that it could withstand the shower environment. We raised the height of the shower tile and installed all new finishes. The matching framed small medicine cabinet was built to client's specifications.
